How to Apply
The application form supports auto-saving functionality, which enables you to complete it at your own pace. You do not need to worry about finishing it in one sitting.
Knowing what to expect on the application form is helpful if you are considering applying to KBS. Below, we’ve provided all of the questions you’ll be asked so you can prepare your answers in advance. Please note that any question marked with an asterisk (*) is required, but don’t worry – the form allows you to save and complete your progress at your own pace. This information will help you submit a successful application!

Complete Application Form
To begin the application process, please fill out our online application form. It only takes about 10 minutes to complete and will help us learn more about you.

Confirmation of Application
After you submit your application, we will contact you within two working days to confirm that we have received it. We will contact you by phone or email, whichever you prefer.

Application Review
We will review your application to make sure you meet our requirements. If you do, we will ask you to complete an interview during the review process.

Application Interview
A member of our Academic Team will conduct the interview, usually online. The interview aims to get to know you better, learn about your plans, understand why you are interested in the course, and find out if there are any particular papers you are interested in.

Payment of Fees
Before the start of the course, KBS will send you an invoice for the balance of your first-year tuition fees. Once you have paid the invoice, we will issue you a receipt.
Requirements
Kotler Executive DBA Requirements:
You must meet specific requirements to apply to the Kotler Executive DBA program. These requirements ensure that each applicant has the necessary academic qualifications, professional experience, and personal qualities to succeed in the program.
- To apply, you must have a Masters-level degree, such as an MBA, or a specialist MA or M.Sc. in a related area.
- You should also have significant managerial or professional work experience, including experience within the academic sector.
- Letters of recommendation from professional references who can attest to your leadership skills, academic abilities, and potential for success in doctoral-level research are also required.
- You must also provide official transcripts from all previously attended universities or institutions to demonstrate your academic qualifications.
- In addition, you will need to submit a statement of purpose or personal statement where you can explain your reasons for pursuing a DBA, your academic and career goals, and how the program aligns with your aspirations.
- If English is not your first language, you must also demonstrate English proficiency equivalent to IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each band and 6.0 in speaking.
- All applicants are interviewed as part of the admissions process.
- The academic director will consider applicants who meet the entry criteria on a case-by-case basis, considering their educational history, work experience, and life skills experience.

Kotler Executive MBA Requirements:

- You should also have 2 to 10 years of significant managerial or professional work experience, including experience within the academic sector.
- Letters of recommendation from professional references who can attest to your skills and academic abilities.
- You must also provide official transcripts from all previously attended universities or institutions to demonstrate your academic qualifications.
- In addition, you will need to submit a statement of purpose or personal statement where you can explain your reasons for pursuing an MBA, your academic and career goals, and how the program aligns with your aspirations.
